We apply a creative custom approach to electroplating combined with our in-house tool fabricating capabilities, to meet the challenges of selective plating requirements, complex part geometries, and tight plating tolerances. Our electroplating capabilities include plating parts of various shapes and sizes. Send us a quote request with a print, and one of our Business Development Specialists can provide you with more in-depth information on if we have the capabilities to plate your parts.
Barrel plating is best used for small parts, under 1-2 inches, allowing us to plate large batches of parts at once. Racking is a type of plating that enables us to plate larger and unique parts; an alternative when barrel plating is not feasible.
Yes! We provide a variety of masking methods for your specific masking needs. We use a custom approach for each situation to ensure the correct maskant is used for your requirements.
Our pricing calculations are based on several factors. Typical factors include, but are not limited to, metal finishing service required, part surface area, part quantity, and labor hours (plating, masking, racking, design & development, etc.).
