Our plant-wide information system is an integration of production lot movement, labor collection, chemistry data management, and customer order control. We've developed and written all of our enterprise management software. After an exhaustive search of the industry we were not satisfied with what was available. The decision to develop our own system was a large one and we've invested a lot of time and effort. Now that it's developed, we are pleased to offer its' flexibility to our customers. We never have to say "our system won't permit that" when you ask for a unique service. We just modify to software to suit. In addition, our data integration is superb. We can relate bath chemistry to electroplating technician on-duty to your order and provide a complete picture of the process. |
